Returns Policy
Changed Your Mind Unwanted Item Ordered:
Returns & Exchanges
We are happy to refund or exchange the item providing it is returned unworn, in its original packaging with the tags still attached and you contact us within 30 days of receipt. Please note that we do not offer free returns unless the item you received is faulty or damaged. All returns MUST have an eBay return request accepted online prior to being sent back to us. Any returns that have not been authorised in this way may take longer to process.
A refund will be processed upon receipt and inspection of the returned item.
All returns are by prior arrangement only, and should be accompanied by Item No, User ID, Date Brought, Delivery Address and clearly stating the reason for returns.
Exchanges:
If you wish to exchange your item, please enclose a further £3.95 to cover the return postage costs. Alternatively you can send a postal order with your returned item or use the send money option via PayPal. Additionally, please tell us the size and colour you wish to exchange you item for. Please message us through the eBay messaging system to enable us to check your required item is in stock.
Faulty/damaged item received:
Although all items go through a thorough quality check before we ship them to you, damage in transit can happen, In this case we will refund or exchange the item providing you contact us within 30 days of receipt.
We will refund you in full including postage and also any postage costs you incur by returning the item to us. A refund will be processed upon receipt and inspection of the returned item.
