Shipping - We ship 99.9% of items by the next business day. We cannot ship items on Saturday or Sunday. If you get your orders in by 2pm EST Friday we can get it out before the weekend. We cannot ship UPS to PO Boxes. We cannot refund shipping nor can we pay return shipping. In the case of a defective item not covered by a warranty you must contact us within 3 days of receipt and we will correct the issue for you in the form of an exchange for the same item or refund if another item is not available.
